SEAL COATING
Wharton Blacktop Paving, Inc. knows that in a climate such as ours with about 20
weeks or more of freezing rain, snow and salt, that these conditions will
penetrate pavement and weaken the surface as well as the sub-base. However,
by applying a coat of asphalt sealer to pavement surfaces you can protect it and
maximize the lifetime of the pavement. Unprotected surfaces remain porous, dry
out, become rough and lose their life rapidly.
